Offers compassionate, personalized, patient-centered care to work with you on your addiction treatment goals. Using evidence-based practices, proven interventions, medication-assisted therapy, and behavior modification, we help people with substance use disorders help themselves. Licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (NYS OASAS), as an Outpatient Chemical Dependency program, our team provides assessments, education, treatment, and connections with other community services for patients 18 years and older. To receive services, patients must have a substance use disorder diagnosis. Families and significant others are encouraged to participate in the patient’s treatment. Offers flexible scheduling tailored to the needs of the individual. Individual, family, and group counseling is available, and services can be provided in person, via telehealth, or by phone when needed.
