Application process

Medical Clinics are held on Monday from 2 PM to 6 PM and on Thursday from 4 PM to 7 PM. First come, first served. All other services by appointment. All services are free.

The Free Clinic provides the following FREE service for uninsured and under-insured members of our community:By Appointment Only Medical Clinics: Free primary health care, medical testing, woman's health services, and employment physicals for the uninsured.Chronic Care Program: Targeting at-risk individuals who need help managing persistent pain, diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure and other chronic conditions.Financial Advocacy: Helping find creative solutions to relieving financial dept for those struggling to keep up with medical bills.Ithaca Health Fund: Offering grants to those needing help affording diagnostic tests, treatments and prescriptionsInsurance Navigation: Help in qualifying and enrolling uninsured individuals in various Medicaid plansHolistic Health Care Services that include chiropractic, therapeutic massage, herbal therapy, and acupuncture.Occupational Therapy: In partnership with Ithaca CollegeFood Pharmacy: Registered Dietitian services and free health Food supportPrescription Medication Support: Assistance in obtaining free or low-cost prescription medications like insulinOptometry Clinic and Optician Services: Free dilated eye exams and glaucoma screenings and free prescription eye glasses Community Health Education: Conducting free community chronic disease health screenings, educational seminars, lectures and open houses to deliver crucial health information to our community.Traditional Reiki healing as a service.Occupational Therapy Clinic, hosted by Ithaca CollegeChiropractic servicesThe Mission of the Free Clinic is to facilitate access to health care for all, with a focus on the needs of uninsured persons.501(c)(3) charity and accepts voluntary donations, including medical supplies and equipment.
