Eligibility
Individuals ages 18 years and older with a severe and persistent Axis 1 diagnosis needing a short-term stay for 7-14 days and have a selected living situation available to return to after stay in program

Administrative hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Residential services provided 24 Hours / 7 Days
Application process
Referral from a NYS licensed psychiatrist required

Provides short-term crisis support in order to avert an unnecessary psychiatric hospitalization, prevent a lengthy hospitalization, and/or provide step down support following hospitalization prior to return to independent living status or while awaiting alternative community placement.
