Eligibility
Individuals and families with a total household income of $60,000 or less who:
- Are US citizens, green card holders, or married to one
- Had income from wages, self-employment, and / or government benefits
- Had self-employment expenses of $35,000 or less
- Did not own rental property
- Did not sell a house (unless it was a primary residence, the gain was less than $250,000 ($500,000 if filing jointly), and have not sold another house in the last 2 years
- Did not declare bankruptcy in 2024
- Did not sell, exchange, or otherwise dispose of virtual currency
