Ambulatory adults who are unable to drive themselves or arrange for other transportation

Hours

Administrative hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Services hours: Tuesday and Thursday, 9 AM - 4 PM

Application process

Call at least 3 days prior to scheduled medical appointment, at 315-696-8659; the dispatcher phone is open Monday through Thursday, 9 AM - 4 PM

Fees

Clients are responsible for parking fees and should bring their handicapped parking tag if needed

Provides transportation for ambulatory adults who are residents of the Towns of Delphi Falls, Fabius-Pompey, Lafayette, and Tully who are unable to drive themselves or arrange for other transportation to and from medical and dental appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
