Description
A 25-bed residential treatment facility located on the Horizon Village campus that provides specialized behavioral treatment services for veterans, first-responders, and civilians with PTSD and addiction disorders. Veterans are linked with Vet One Stop and Compeer services. Clinicians are trained in EMDR to address PTSD symptoms. Provides medication assisted treatment: Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol. ##Veteran##
