Description

Our expanded syringe access program provides ESAP vouchers to injection drug users to exchange for free clean syringes at participating pharmacies in Mount Vernon, Yonkers, Newburgh and Poughkeepsie. Program also offers HIV program for Peoplr Who Use Drugs (PRO), educate treatment experience, Provides HIV screenings, gonorrhea, and chlamydia testing.
