Hotlines: Toll Free Complaint Helpline takes complaints about billing issues, meter reading, etc., for any public utility. Emergency Shut-off Hotline is for customers facing electric or gas shut-off within 48 hours. Does not provide financial assistance; rather, ensures that customer rights have been maintained during the shut-off process and educates customers regarding alternate payment arrangements and HEAP in an effort to prevent shut-off.
