Offers professionally run support groups that are open to women, spouses, couples and family members dealing with breast cancer. Also provides referrals to support groups throughout New York State, and also helps to get support groups started in local communities.

The hotline offers information and referrals, phone counseling, educational materials, support group referrals and advocacy for breast cancer, included is bilingual social work and staff available. The hotline is staffed by trained volunteers, most of whom are breast cancer survivors.
