Provides individual or community residences that work to develop the skills related to living in the community, which include assistance with activities of daily living, community inclusion and relationship building, independence in travel and transportation, adult educational supports, social skills, leisure skills, self-advocacy and informed choice skills, and appropriate behavior development to help the individual access their community.
