Offers support to low income and at-risk individuals who want to gain skills or education to obtain employment and/or permanent housing. This program helps improve long-term outcomes by helping link these individuals to services and resources, such as job training, case management, counseling, job readiness, life skills workshops, support and referrals to other specialized services.
