Medical van: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM, evening shelter hours: M-TH 5:30PM-7:30PM. Dental van: TU-TH. temporary hold. Call for hours.

* Offers health care, dental, social work, mental health, and education services for the homeless. Treatment of acute and chronic health issues. STD and HIV testing. TB screening. Evaluation, counseling, and referrals for mental health and substance abuse issues. Diabetic and nutrition education. Primary dental services. Referrals for additional services. Emergency, transitional, and permanent housing assistance. Food and clothing assistance. DSS benefits/insurance enrollment assistance* Offers Mobile Medical Unit. Visits to homeless shelters.
