A-SPOA (ADULT SINGLE POINT OF ACCESS) | ROCKLAND COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH (RCDMH)

The Adult Single Point of Access (A-SPOA) is a process to identify those adults with a mental illness who are most in need of services and to provide access to supports and services such as care management, assertive community treatment (ACT), OMH licensed housing and supportive housing. The A-SPOA Coordinator works with referral sources, families, and hospitals to ensure a smooth transition to appropriate care.
