Parents who have given birth and pregnant people, 18 years of age or older parenting a child under the age of 4 years. Resident of area served.

Referral for enrollment in the program is required. Can be referred by a provider or self-referred.

* Provides parents who have given birth and pregnant people the support they need to be physically healthy, emotionally healthy, and self-sufficient. Services include: On-site mental health counseling Pregnancy education, financial, parenting, postpartum, and life skills classes Job training Community Health Workers Care management
