NATIONAL FEDERATION OF THE BLIND OF NEW YORK STATE-GREATER LONG ISLAND CHAPTER

Operates as a consumer advocacy group whose purpose is full integration of the blind into the community. Services include support groups, legislative outreach, and public education. Can provide speakers to schools, nursing homes and social service agencies. Serves as a resource for the community regarding blindness issues.
