Eligibility

Pregnant or parenting youth, male or female, ages 12-21 years old.

Hours

M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM. Support groups: weekly meetings.

Application process

Call the program supervisor or fill out referral form on the SPCC website. Referrals may also be made through Monroe County DHS, Preventive Unit if there is a risk of foster care placement.

Fees

No fee for services.
