Provides residents of adult homes with legal and non legal advocacy services as well as training in issues which include the rights of adult home residents, rights of persons receiving services from mental health agencies and self-advocacy.

Provides legal assistance in civil (non-criminal) matters to low income persons who meet income guidelines. Concentrates on cases of public assistance, food stamps, Medicaid, Social Security, homelessness, evictions, foreclosures, poor housing conditions and disability issues.
