Description

HEAP is the Home Energy Assistance Program which assists in the payment of heating bills. Those aged 60 and older, on SSI or SSD, may apply through the Fulton County Office for Aging. The Fulton County Office for Aging and Youth is the alternate certifier for people 60 years of age or older for the HEAP benefit.
