The mission is to address the shortage of teachers, and expand the pool of minority teachers, and encourage students to enter the teaching profession. Focuses on a career development program for the recruitment and mentorship of high school students, especially students of color, into the teaching profession. Provides academic enrichment, and offers internships and financial support for students.
