Offers a wide range of licensing, records, and informational services to village residents, as well as collecting property taxes from residents. Licensing and permits include disabled parking permits, block party permits, and peddler/solicitor licenses. Other services include maintaining village records and archives. The sale of stickers for residential trash removal as the Village contracts out the village trash removal and each trash bag set out for collection must have a sticker. Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Village of Jordan from June through October 31st. After October 31st all paperwork goes to the Onondaga County Finance Department's Office.
