* Provides a Syringe Service program serving the Finger Lakes Region. Sterile syringes and works (caps, cottons, sterile water) Safer injection education Harm reduction counseling/education Delivery syringe services/ Peer Delivered Syringe Exchange Opioid Overdose Prevention training Free Narcan (Naloxone) Safe disposal of used or unwanted syringes Same day/24hr Suboxone or other MAT start Same day rapid testing for HIV/ Hepatitis C/ Syphilis Gonorrhea/ Chlamydia swab testing (not rapid) Hygiene supplies Syringe litter pickup Outreach and community engagement* Offers linkages to other forms of care, including care management, medical care, substance use counseling and treatment, and other supportive services.
