Helps young people (ages 5-19) become self-directed members of society through community 4-H clubs, school and community programs and programs at the Suffolk County Farm and Education Center and other Extension sites. Addresses critical youth issues through educational programs including substance abuse workforce preparation, life skills, character education and leadership training.
