Provides children's books, movies, audiobooks, and music CDs for free loan. Also provides story hours and other programs for children and youth. Summer reading programs. BARK-9 therapy dog program promotes reading skills and encourages children who may be reluctant readers. Outside programming available. Will come to agency.

To ensure that every resident has access to the information and knowledge needed to prosper in their professions, businesses, schools and homes. To provide basic library services to community including borrowing, information, reference materials and inter-library loans through South Central Research Library Council and Four Country Library System.
