Description
Collects and maintains the physical information needed to estimate the market value of all property in the Town of Brookhaven. Maintains the ownership records for all property in the Town. Estimates an assessed value of each parcel for purposes of taxation reviews and processes real property tax exemption application and grants such exemptions when legally appropriate.
