Description
Provides youth with paid work experience and work-readiness training. Participants work at different project sites throughout Chenango County and attend in-class trainings that feature guest speakers. Participants learn resume writing, interviewing skills, professionalism in the workplace, employer expectations, financial literacy, and more.
