Description

Intensive case management program for substance abusing families who are at risk for recurrent child abuse and/or foster care placement. Each intensive case manager works with 8-10 families at a time for 6-9 months and provides 24 hour accessibility, frequent home visits, comprehensive assessments, development of a service plan for all family members and linkages of service needs with appropriate service delivery.

Also responding to the changing needs of the community by developing innovative programs and by reaching out to special populations and promote a holistic approach to the treatment of addictions by addressing all the needs of clients and their families.
