Youth with emotional or behavioral challenges, along with their families. Must be enrolled in Medicaid except for Erie and Niagara Counties where there is an option for those not enrolled in Medicaid to receive services. Service Area: WNY.

Provides family peer support services to parents and/or caregivers of youth with emotional and/or behavioral health difficulties. Services include:
  • Engagement, Bridging, and Transition Support
  • Self-Advocacy, Self-Efficacy, and Empowerment
  • Parent Skill Development
  • Community Connections and Natural Supports
Services are individualized and provided in home and community settings. Services are provided by a parent professional who has lived experience in caring for a youth with special needs.
