Offers a learning community for individuals experiencing mild symptoms of memory problems, diagnosed with mild cognitive impairments, or early state dementia. M-Power U features two sections: Brain Power Community: focuses on memory and cognitive training, coping strategies, lifestyle choices, and physical exercise. Arts and Minds Community: emphasizes well-being and expression through the arts, such as creative writing, painting, drama, movement and music.

Provides counseling and mental health services for all individuals, art-based programming including music and creative arts therapies, care management for adults with disabilities and individuals 65 years of age and older as well as education, advocacy, and volunteer opportunities. Offers clinical internships, research, and field work opportunities through accredited local programs.
