Provides individual and group readjustment counseling,(specific for war trauma) marital and family counseling, alcohol and drug counseling, bereavement counseling for family members of those killed or injured in the global war on terrorism, and support groups for spouse and significant others. Also provides sexual harassment counseling, intimidation, assault or rape while on active duty regardless of where they served. Provides benefits assistance and referral, job referral and community education. Gives referrals to community agencies, and acts as liasion with Veteran's Administration facilities.
