Description
* Provides a 5 component comprehensive psychiatric emergency program serving the residents of a 4 county area. Services to adults and youth. Psychiatric screening and assessment that takes place at Clifton Springs Hospital Emergency Room and/or the Community Comprehensive. Comprehensive and brief assessments offered. Mobile crisis outreach/interim service. Mobile crisis outreach is available 7 days a week during the day and evening hours. Follow up clinical and evaluation services to those seen in the above situations. Extended observation beds located in Clifton Springs Hospital for extended observation and stabilization without admission to the inpatient programs. Patient can stay up to 72 hours while being assessed. Crisis residential beds. Arrangements via Elmira Psychiatric Center or Rochester Psychiatric Center for those experiencing mental health and housing crisis, need a controlled living arrangement and are not a danger to themselves or others.
