Description
Assists patients to develop realistic understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, and resources relative to the demands of their environment. Evaluates each patient, and with input from multidisciplinary professional team, patient, and family, develops therapeutic goals/plans. Offers psychiatry/physical/occupational/recreational therapy, neuropsychology services, social work, and services of dieticians, speech/language pathologists, and vocational rehabilitation specialists. Offers patient/family education.
