Brings together professionals from a multitude of disciplines and systems to stop abuse at the earliest possible juncture. The primary aim is to restore safety and security for adult victims, often working to protect their assets in cases of financial exploitation. E-MDT focuses on elder abuse of people 60 and over, while A-MDT focuses on adults 18-59. A-MDT also investigates cases of extreme self-neglect.
