Provides a comprehensive recovery program for adults with ongoing mental illness. The goal of the program is to integrate treatment, support and rehabilitation in a manner that facilitates the person's recovery. Goals can include attaining higher levels of education, improving daily functions, increasing employment, limiting in-patient utilization, and securing preferred housing. Services are designed to encourage and assist people to reach their highest possible level of independence, while providing for and insuring support for safety and personal growth.
