Application process

Apply in person by appointment only; call to schedule. Clients must provide: 1. Proof of all household income for the past 30 days, this includes Food Stamp Budget Sheet. 2. Identification for all household members, including verification of children's ages. 3. Social Security numbers for all household members (1 year and older). 4.
