Offers a unit which is comprised of clinical experts who provide on-site intervention and evaluation for community members and their families. The crisis team provides assessment and referrals to appropriate resources. Examples of services are screening, assessment, stabilization, triage, and/or referral to an appropriate program or programs. The mobile crisis team also can work with the police to arrange for the transport of a person to the hospital if needed. Call for detailed information.
