Eligibility
Ages 18 or older. Individuals must carry a current mental health diagnosis and have needs that can be met through a mental health clinic.
Hours
M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM. Open Access hours provided for walk-ins.
Application process
Usually referred by a treatment program. Self-referrals are accepted. Accepts walk-ins. Call for information.
Fees
Medicaid. Medicare. No one will be denied services due to inability to pay.

  • Offers mental health and rehabilitative services. Ongoing psychiatric treatment including psychiatric evaluation and prescription monitoring. Group and individual education and counseling. Crisis services. Rehabilitation services.
