Applications accepted online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week starting October 2nd, 2023. For individuals and families, applications are accepted until December 11th, 2023. For agencies, applications are accepted until December 7th, 2023.

Individuals and families can apply for toys for their own family using the Family & Individual Request Form: https://jamestown-ny.toysfortots.org/local-coordinator-sites/lco-sites/local-toy-request-single-form.aspx Individuals/families will pick up toys by drive-thru distribution at the location selected in their application (either Jamestown or Dunkirk) at dates and times they will be assigned. Individual/family applicants should be prepared to provide ID for themselves and their children as well as proof of income at time of pickup. Families served must live in Chautauqua County and meet 2023 federal poverty guidelines or be under extenuating circumstances. Children must live in the household of the applicant(s), and only legal guardians/custodial parents can apply for their families. Agencies/groups applying for families they support must attest to the following: - That the families they'll be providing toys for meet the individual/family eligibility criteria outlined above - That the families they'll be providing toys for have not applied themselves and no other organization has applied on their behalf - That the toys are going directly to the families for Christmas Service Area: Chautauqua County.
