Chautauqua County Toys for Tots

Eligibility

Families served must live in Chautauqua County and meet the following guidelines:
  • Children must be ages 0-17.
  • Children must reside in family's household.
  • Family/household income must fall within defined guidelines.

Application process

Online applications only; request a toy at: https://jamestown-ny.toysfortots.org/local-coordinator-sites/lco-sites/request-toys.aspx After applying online, families will receive an email confirmation with a control number, which will be used when picking up toys. Families should not request toys from multiple agencies, as lists will be cross checked for duplicate applications. When picking up toys, parents/guardians must provide valid identification for themselves and all children, as well as proof of household income and the control number that was emailed to them after completing their application. Works with the US Marine Corps Reserves to organize the Toys for Tots Campaign in Chautauqua County to provide toys for low income families with children ages 0-17 in need of assistance during the holiday season. Individuals and families can apply to receive toys for their own family, while agencies and groups can apply to pick up toys for families they serve.
