Description

Offers immigration assistance and representation for individuals subjected to interpersonal violence who may qualify for: Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) status, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Applications, U Visa Applications (for victims of violent crime). Provides assistance with deferred action, prosecutorial discretion or other situation-specific relief.

Provides pro bono civil legal services by supervised student interns for low income individuals. Services are available for clients with cancer, with HIV/AIDS, small business owners, worker-owned, co-ops, community based non-profits, represent both detained and non-detained immigrants, unaccompanied immigrant minors and immigrants victims of crime.
