Offers adults with heart disease as well as those recovering from cardiac surgery and a transplant a supervised, monitored exercise program in addition to education focusing on nutrition, stress reduction, blood pressure and cholesterol control, as well as exercise guidelines. The program, customized to meet individual needs, is monitored by a team consisting of a cardiologist, exercise physiologist, nurses and physical therapists.
