Call to begin the intake process. Applicants will be asked for basic information to be added to a waiting list. Once an applicant's name reaches the top of the list, they will be contacted to schedule an appointment to complete a full application. Next, an energy audit of the applicant's home will be conducted. The audit typically takes a few hours to complete and is the next step in determining what energy efficiency services may be provided.

Open to homeowners and renters in Orleans and Genesee Counties who meet income guidelines. HEAP recipients qualify automatically. Rental property owners may also be eligible, but are required by New York State to contribute a minimum of 25% toward the approved work scope.
