SUFFOLK PERINATAL COALITION

Composed of professionals and community residents whose common goals to reduce infant mortality, low birth weight and prematurity, and promote the health of women, infants and families, Provides emergency food, housing, and information and referrals for nutirtion, pre-natal testing, newborn feeding and care, infant development, reproductive health, child behavior issues, and HIV/AIDS, family violence, or substance abuse assistance.
