A program to help employers and employees deal with substance abuse and other personal problems by providing assessment, crisis intervention, referral and follow-up services for employees and their dependents. Also offers wellness presentations for staff, training for managers, employee orientations, analysis of employee benefits and workplace policies, ongoing consultation and referral.
