A decision-making committee to determine eligibility and the appropriate level of special education services for preschool children aged 3-5. The CPSE is a multidisciplinary team established to conduct meetings to develop, review, or revise the Individual Education Program (IEP) of a preschool student with a disability. The parent or legal guardian is included as a member of the committee.
