Description
Provides a home visiting program to screen pregnant women and new parents with a child under 3 months for risk factors. Parents are given information and support to promote positive parenting skills, maximize child development, reduce life stresses, and increase preventive health care. Services can continue till the child begins head start or kindergarten.
