Provides confidential employee assistance services to LI workforce and family members. To make services available to any Long Island resident without the resources to pay for them. Assessment evaluation referral, short term counseling, alcohol and other drugs and addictions, grief and bereavement, mental health, elder care, legal, financial, parenting, marital, stress management, US DOT SAP Services. EAP's and MAPS are employee/member assistance programs that are sponsored by an employer or union and are designed to assist employees or members in addressing personal problems that may be impacting work performance or life functioning. Family members are also covered under the LECSA plans.
