Assistance available: Call 211 to get find out what providers offer Affordable Broadband plans in your area, or to make an appointment for an enrollment specialist to help you enroll. Self-service: Visit mapmybroadband.dps.ny.gov/explore to identify which Internet Service Providers (ISP) offer affordable plans in your area, and complete the eligibility form with that ISP.
