Fidelis Care Certified Application Counselors assist local residents access health insurance. Fidelis Care also provides local residents with quality, affordable health insurance coverage through New York State's Child Health Plus and Medicaid Managed Care programs. Fidelis also offers a Medicaid Managed Long Term Care Program called "Fidelis Care at Home". Fidelis Care at Home is for those who are 18 or older, have Medicaid and are eligible for nursing home level of care. Call for more information.
