Family Support Services (FSS) | Mozaic

Provides reimbursement including transportation assistance to help families in providing care for a family member with developmental disabilities residing in their home. The focus is to prevent premature or inappropriate out of home placement, maintain the family unit, and maximize the potential of the family member needing care.
