Eligibility

Open to concerned families and friends of persons with a mental illness or substance use disorder and to interested professionals, as well as anyone with a mental illness. Primarily serves Chautauqua County residents, but will serve Erie and Cattaraugus Counties as well.

Same day services available. Clients are welcome to come in for walk-in appointments. For clients who cannot come to the clinic in person, counseling is available by video conference and by phone.

Offers a wide variety of mental health services including the following: Parent-Child Interaction Action Therapy for ages 3.5 and up (PCIT) Family Sessions Group Therapy ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) MAT – Medication-Assisted Treatment Psychotropic Medication Management/ IM and Medication Management Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling Crisis walk-in appointments and Crisis management Mobile Crisis Services – off Site Location and Linkage Care Coordination Services Peer involvement Health Risk Monitoring
